All standard items are processed within 4 working days , then sent to our warehouse for shipment.

Custom item processing times

Processing times for custom orders vary depending on the complexity and details of the product.

Delivery times

We offer free standard delivery worldwide to eligible countries (see list below).

The estimated delivery times for standard shipping are:

  • Europe: 1–2 weeks*
  • United States (USA) and Canada (CA): 3–10 business days*
  • Middle East: 3 weeks*
  • Central Asia: 3 weeks*
  • Australia & New Zealand: 1–2 weeks*
  • South America: 1–3 weeks*

Taxes and customs duties

For shipments to the European Union (EU), the United States , Australia , Brazil , and New Zealand , all taxes and customs duties are included in the shipping price . You will not have any additional charges to pay upon receipt of your order.

For other countries, applicable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient, in accordance with local customs regulations.
